Three members of a Barrhead sports club have been praised for giving "fantastic performances" during a prestigious fight night.
Aaron McCann, 15, Cameron Harvey, 17, and Alan Piekarski, 21, represented Barrhead Community Muay Thai Boxing Club at Ballerup Hall, in East Kilbride, earlier this month.
The 'Siam Wars 7' fight night was organised by Ek Fight Gym.
Aaron, from Neilston, and Cameron, from Barrhead, both won their fights during the event.

Scott Drummond, fight team coach at Barrhead Community Muay Thai Boxing Club, told The Barrhead News: "Aaron McCann, Cammy Harvey and Alan Piekarski all put in fantastic performances and really did the club proud.
"All the stuff we were working on in training was evident in the fights and I can't wait to start developing them further.
"Aaron won his fight and put in a really controlled performance for his first fight and you can see he is a natural for the fight game, he listened to instructions well which can be quite rare for first-time fighters. He should be operating at Scottish title level pretty soon.
"Cammy Harvey also won his bout, really impressing the team with his technical ability and ring craft. If Cammy keeps up the hard work he too will be destined for great things in the sport.
"Scottish titles and beyond won't be too long if his development keeps on the same track. He's definitely a star in the making.

"Alan Piekarski lost his bout to a very close decision that could have gone either way but again showed that he is really developing into an accomplished fighter at only two fights in.
"Alan listens really well and trains hard all the time, so we have no worries about his development whatsoever and again we are sure that he will be operating at Scottish title level and above pretty soon."
The three fighters are now looking to get matched on the prestigious MTB event, which will take place in Linwood at the end of the year.
Barrhead Community Muay Thai Boxing Club currently run classes within the Barrhead Foundry on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 8pm to 9.30pm.
