Tens of children had a ball at a recent fun afternoon in Barrhead.
Our photographer headed along and we are showcasing some of the great photos taken on the day.
The event at Barrhead St Andrew’s Church on Ralston Road saw 30 primary school age children and 20 adults gather for three hours of free craft activities, games and Bible storytelling.
It was the first time the church had run a holiday club during the October holidays.
The event was based on the Messy Church concept, popular at parishes across the country, which is a form of church for children and adults that involves creativity, celebration and hospitality.
It is a concept Barrhead St Andrew's plans to continue with going forward with similar events held on a monthly basis.
Youth Worker Graham Currie told the Barrhead News: "We are continuing to build on the success of our family holiday activities, and we are also keeping the Messy Church activities going on the first Sunday monthly from 2 to 4pm."
Contact Graham on 07542 053871 for more information on how to get involved.
