A key stretch is to shut for a week while resurfacing is carried out.
Uplawmoor Road will be closed from the eastern access to Uplawmoor up to the western access to Neilston from Monday, October 28 until Sunday, November 3.
All vehicles will be subject to the restriction except those associated with the works and emergency vehicles attending an incident.
The alternative route for drivers will be as follows: Uplawmoor Road - Main Street - Holehouse Brae - Lochlibo Road - Neilston Road - Uplawmoor Road and vice versa.
