Six weeks of road closures are to begin later this month in a residential area.
The affected roads are Morven Drive, Moraine Drive and Sunnyside Drive in Clarkston.
It is anticipated the closures will be in place from Monday, October 21 to Friday, November 29.
The closures will only be in force between the contractor’s working hours of 9am and 4pm.
There will be no weekend working.
The closures will allow for carriageway and footway resurfacing works to take place on or near the road.
All vehicles will be subject to the restrictions except those associated with the works and emergency service vehicles attending an incident.
The diversions in place during this time will be as follows: Morven Drive: Seres Road – Cathkin Drive – Struma Drive and vice versa.
Moraine Drive: Morven Drive – Seres Road – Cathkin Drive and vice versa.
Sunnyside Drive: Morven Drive – Cleuch Gardens – Golf Road and vice versa.
