A Paisley law firm is offering a free monthly legal clinic in Barrhead.
MJC Law has announced that solicitor and owner, Matthew Coffield, will be running a free legal clinic at the East Renfrewshire Citizens Advice Bureau (ERCAB) from September.
He will provide pro bono legal advice on the first Friday of every month, from 12pm to 3pm.
Matthew, who specialises in housing and family law, is also able to advise on wills and power of attorney.
The initiative is part of MJC Law's commitment to ensuring that quality legal advice is accessible to all.
He currently assists the ERCAB with eviction and repossession cases.
Through this clinic, he will extend his support to individuals who may not have access to legal representation due to financial constraints.
Matthew said: "At MJC Law, we believe that everyone should have access to expert legal advice, regardless of their financial situation.
"This clinic allows us to contribute to our community directly and help those who might otherwise struggle to obtain the legal support they need."
Appointments can be made through the ERCAB.
The firm encourages clients to book their appointments through ERCAB to secure their spot.
For more information or to book an appointment, people can contact the bureau on 0141 881 2032.
