Police have arrested a man in Neilston for failing a roadside drugs test.
The incident took place yesterday (Wednesday, July 31) while officers were on patrol in the village.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Early on Wednesday morning, police were on patrol in Neilston when they observed a vehicle speeding on Kingston Road.
"Vehicle stopped, a 24 year old male was arrested for failing a roadside drugs test.
"The male was taken to police custody for further enquiry."
