Plans have been put forward to create a car wash and valet in Barrhead.
An application for full planning permission was validated by East Renfrewshire Council at the end of last month.
The proposed location is the vacant compound site on Cross Arthurlie Street across from Gospel Hall.
The proposals would also see the installation of a boundary fence and gate and the erection of an office/waiting area.
There would also be a portable toilet and covered canopies on site.
