Demolition works at the former site of a school and nursery in Neilston have been taking place this month.
A photo shared on social media today (Wednesday, June 12) showed the old Madras Family Centre building being pulled down, prompting those with a connection to the site to reflect on the happy memories formed within the space.
Neilston Primary School and Madras Family Centre also reported online last week that children have enjoyed watching the demolition of their old school, asking lots of questions about the diggers and the role of the builders.

The demolition works follow the opening of the new Neilston Learn Campus directly behind the old Neilston Primary and Madras buildings back in March.
The state-of-the-art new facility is home to Neilston and St Thomas' Primary schools and the family centre.
The demolition of the former Neilston Primary will allow an all-weather football pitch and multi-use games area to be created.
