A DRIVER has been arrested for being "five times" over the limit.
Cops discovered the woman to have been over the legal limit last Thursday (February 1) after a member of the public alerted the force.
Officers responded to the incident and stopped a 42-year-old.

A short investigation revealed that the woman was reportedly five times over the legal limit.
She was arrested and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
A police spokesperson said: "On the evening of 01/02/24, following a report from a member of the public, police attended a Newton Mearns address.
"A 42 year old woman was arrested for drink driving, and was later found to be five times the legal limit.
"A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
