A DRIVER has been arrested after allegedly failing a drugs wipe in Busby yesterday.
It comes after officers stopped a motor in the town due to a "strong smell" of cannabis coming from it on Monday, December 11, at around 6am.
Following that, a 46-year-old man, who was driving the car, reportedly failed a drugs wipe and was arrested for being "unfit to drive through drugs".
Cops also revealed "green herbal" material was recovered.

A spokesperson for East Renfrewshire Police said: "About 6am on Monday, December 11, officers stopped a vehicle in Busby due to a strong smell of cannabis coming from it.
"Green herbal material was recovered.
"The 46-year-old man driving the car then failed a drugs wipe and was arrested for being unfit to drive through drugs."
