COPS in East Renfrewshire have launched a campaign to help keep people safe over the festive period.
It comes after the local force took to social media to reveal that they have joined with colleagues from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, East Renfrewshire Council, Trading Standards and Preventions, Community Safety, Talking Points and the Taxi Licencing Enforcement to launch the initiative.
Announcing the news at the Avenue Shopping Centre in Newton Mearns, officers said they will work with the partners to ensure people are safe.
