SANTA is set to visit a popular shopping centre every day next month.
It comes after Silverburn revealed Santa will be at the centre over December to mark the countdown to Christmas Day while helping to raise cash for the Glasgow Children's Hospital charity.
During his visits, he will host daily meets and greets, with a suggested donation of £3, from 11am until 6pm outside Next, with an additional quiet hour every Sunday from 10am to 11am in the charity's Christmas Hub next to Smiggle, for children with autism or other sensory needs.
On top of that, the hub will house a gift shop which will offer a present-wrapping service and will host children's arts and crafts activities from December 1 until December 24.
David Pierotti, General Manager of Silverburn said: “We are a proud community destination for everyone to come together and feel festive at this time of year. With everything from family entertainment, festive films, visits with Santa Claus, fundraising and retail therapy, we look forward to spreading joy to our visitors this December.”
The hub will also welcome donations of selection boxes, vouchers, arts and craft kits, makeup and toiletries to be gifted as part of its Family Support Service.
Additionally, festive cheer will be spread throughout the month by various choirs in the centre.
Meanwhile, a Santa Bungee challenge will be held on Saturday, December 9, opposite the Silverburn Bus Station in aid of the Catherine McEwan Foundation.
