A MAN has appeared in court charged with assault to severe injury following an alleged "stabbing" in Clarkston.
We previously reported cops raced to Clarkston Road following a report of a serious assault at around 11pm on Saturday, November 4.
A 29-year-old man was injured during a disturbance.
He was rushed to hospital for treatment.
Yesterday, 31-year-old Daniel Bates appeared in Glasgow Sheriff Court following the incident.
He is accused of assault to severe injury and possession of a weapon in public.
Bates, of Glasgow, made no plea or declaration.
He was released on bail while his next date of appearance is yet to be confirmed.
