A man has been arrested for an alleged drink-driving offence after being stopped by traffic cops in Barrhead.
Officers reportedly "detected a smell of alcohol" on the suspect during the incident in Glasgow Road on the morning of Monday, October 23.
It is claimed he was found to be three times over the drink-drive limit following a roadside breath test.

He was taken into custody and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
A police spokesperson said: "In the morning of October 23, officers stopped a car on Glasgow Road, Barrhead.
"Detecting a smell of alcohol on the accused, he was breathalyzed and found to be over three times the drink-drive limit.
"He was arrested, and will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal."
