A man has been arrested in East Renfrewshire after allegedly being found to be five times over the drink-drive limit.
Police were called to a road traffic collision in Giffnock in the early hours of Saturday, October 21.
A 24-year-old man reportedly failed a roadside breath test and was taken into custody.

A police spokesperson said: "On the early hours of Saturday, October 21, police were called to a road traffic collision in Giffnock.
"A 24-year-old male was arrested for failing the roadside breath test, over five times the legal limit.
"He was charged and will appear in court at a later date."
