A POPULAR celeb has been snapped up at a local butcher in Newton Mearns over the weekend.
It comes after Charles Frazer Quality Meats took to social media to share they were recently visited by David Walliams.
The author and TV star visited the town as part of his book signing at Waterstones.
Sharing their snap, the meat shop thanked the celeb for popping by and supporting their family business.
They said: "Big thanks to David Williams for popping in to say hi to use at Charles Frazers and supporting our family business.
"It was great meeting you!
"We hope you enjoyed the sweet treats."
The star was also pictured outside of The Avenue Shopping Centre where the butcher is based.
