A POPULAR BBC drama show was snapped up filming for its new series in Giffnock yesterday.
Local residents pictured filming for Granite Harbour taking place on Mains Avenue in the town on Monday, October 9.
In the photographs, actors and camera crews could be seen crowding the streets of the area.
The new series of the show is set to be aired in 2024.
The hit drama, which is set in Aberdeen, follows the story of RMP Sergeant Davis Lindo, played by Noughts and Crosses star Romario Simpson, who is a new recruit in Police Scotland and works alongside DS Lara 'Bart' Bartlett, who is played by Murder Island star Hannah Donaldson.
The new series of the show will see the two actors investigate the origins of a new crime wave sweeping the city.
