A PERSON has been charged after allegedly being caught on an E-bike in Barrhead.
It comes after officers stopped the bike which they say was not "road-legal".
Due to this, cops say that "the rider and the bike were both charged".

A spokesperson for the force said: "Officers in Barrhead stopped this E-bike, which was not road-legal.
"As such, it cannot be registered to have insurance or an MOT.
"The rider and the bike were both charged."
