A MAN has been charged after being "observed" on an e-scooter in East Renfrewshire.
Officers stopped the rider in the Eaglesham area on Sunday, September 3.
A 21-year-old was then charged with road traffic offences and the scooter was seized.

A spokesperson for the force said: "On Sunday, September 3, police observed a 21-year-old male on an e-scooter in the Eaglesham area.
"The male was stopped and charged with road traffic offences and the scooter was seized.
"E-scooters are not road-legal and can only be used on private land with the owner's permission."
