DRIVERS are set to face disruption as a busy road in Barrhead will be closed for one week next month.
Fern Drive will be shut between its junctions with Boylestone Road and Whin Avenue from Wednesday, September 20 until Tuesday, September 26.
It will be closed to facilitate the safe operation of Scottish Power utility works, on or near the road.
All vehicles except those associated with the works will be unable to access the area.
