PLANS to form a new restaurant in East Renfrewshire have been granted by the council.
We previously reported that a planning application to use a property in Giffnock as a new eatery was validated by the local authority on Tuesday, June 6.
The applicant plans on using the property situated at 203 Fenwick Road in the town, which is currently vacant, as a new restaurant.
Drawings show that the ground floor in the venue would be made up of a kitchen, store area, servery/bar area, and accessible toilets.
While the first floor will feature a function room, more store area, and toilets.
The council granted permission on Tuesday, August 8.
