A DRIVER has had his car taken off him by cops in Newton Mearns after completing a "careless" manoeuvre on a busy road.
Officers stopped a vehicle on Friday, August 4, on Ayr Road after watching it complete the manoeuvre.
Once stopped, the motor was found to have two "completely" bald tyres and the male driver was also subject to an anti-social behaviour order.
The allegations will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal.

A spokesperson for East Renfrewshire Police said: "On Friday, August 4, Roads Policing officers saw a motorist complete a careless manoeuvre on Ayr Road, Newton Mearns.
"He was stopped with two completely bald tyres. He was also subject to a live ASBA, so his vehicle was seized.
"The allegations will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal."
