A NIGHTSHIFT worker from Glasgow Airport will attempt a world record this week to raise money for charity.
William Cannon, who works as a cleaner with ABM, will attempt to break a world record by cycling non-stop on a stationary bike while carrying a 10kg bag to raise money for Accord Hospice.
William, who already holds multiple world records for a series of endurance challenges, will make the attempt on the first floor of the airport's main terminal building at midnight on Monday, April 24.
The current record is 24 hours, but William will be aiming for an incredible 72 hours.
He will be assisted by support staff during the attempt.
William has a fundraising target of £1000.
