NEWTON Mearns residents have decorated their houses once again - marking the return of one of the country's most festive streets.
Homeowners on Lavender Drive, in the East Renfrewshire town, have been busy displaying Christmas decorations and lights on their houses and in their gardens.
This is the third year in a row the residents have gone all out to help raise cash for charity.
The street attracts thousands of visitors from all over.
In a recent TikTok, one resident shared clips of the stunning street, as All I Want for Christmas Is You by Mariah Carey played.
@2317s6919h Welcome to Lavender Drive 🥰🎄 This year we are rasing money for Cash for Kids. We have a just giving page as well as buckets on the street. Please give what you can 🙏 #christmaslights #foryou #fyp #foryoupage #christmas2022 ♬ All I Want for Christmas Is You - Mariah Carey

In their first year, the street raised more than £5k for the Beatson Cancer Charity.
Meanwhile, last year raised £22k for Cancer Research UK.
This year, residents are fundraising for Cash for Kids.
Donations buckets are located in gardens as you enter the street, with QR codes throughout directing people to a JustGiving page.
