A BARRHEAD charity is running ‘fun clubs’ to keep kids entertained during winter.
The clubs offer children the chance to hang out with their friends in a safe environment while taking part in various activities and learning new skills.
They are run by Include Me 2 Club, which caters for children, young people and adults affected by an additional support need, disability, mental health condition or loneliness.
Fun club sessions are held at St John’s Primary School, in Commercial Road, Barrhead, every Wednesday, from 4.30pm until 6pm, and at The Bank cafe, in Main Street, Neilston, on Tuesdays, also from 4.30pm until 6pm.
Youngsters are free to explore the room and engage in activities such as arts and crafts, team games and baking.
The sessions at The Bank are run in partnership with the Neilston Development Trust.
