House-hunters are being given a behind-the-scenes look at a new luxury development in East Renfrewshire.
When completed Sandringham Gate will comprise of 12 five-bedroom homes set in spacious plots.
MacTaggart and Mickel has launched the new development with the release of the first four homes.
Located on a residential site in Newton Mearns at the corner of Mearns Road and Broom Road, the land has been owned by the housebuilder for the last 30 years.
Joanne Casey, director at Mactaggart and Mickel, told the Barrhead News: “We have long-established ties with the Newton Mearns area, having been building homes here since the 1930s.
“This particular site has attracted a high degree of local interest since work started, and we are delighted to have already secured reservations on most of the initial release of homes.
“This tastefully landscaped development really does deliver the ideal combination of urban amenities and ample green spaces, and we are looking forward to releasing more homes over the coming months.”
The completed development will comprise five Spence, five Mackintosh and two Lorimer house types.
The initial release includes three Spence houses, which feature a distinctive double-height window in the kitchen-dining area.
All homes are being fitted out with high-specification interiors including Nolte Kitchens, Silestone worktops with Quooker boiling water taps, Laufen bathroom fittings and Neff ovens and appliances.
