There was fun to be had for people of all ages at the weekend as Barrhead played host to a spook-tacular Halloween parade.
The colourful event saw scores of people in fancy dress march through the town centre before enjoying a fireworks display.
It was organised by business improvement organisation All About Barrhead and took place for the first time since 2019, with last year's event having to be cancelled due to the Covid pandemic.
Families were also able to enjoy a carnival in Barrhead town centre as part of the festivities.
In addition, All About Barrhead staged the Big Barrhead Scarecrow Festival for a second year, after it proved to be a monster hit with local families during lockdown in 2020.
Make sure you get this week's Barrhead News, out on Wednesday, for more photos from the Halloween celebrations.
