McKEOWN - Alex. One year ago today, A loving heart stopped beating. I watched you slip away. My heart was truly broken, As you fought so hard to stay. God saw you were so tired, A cure was not to be. He put his arms around you Alex, And whispered come to me. You left me beautiful memories, Your love is still my guide. And though I cannot see you, You are always by my side.
