McKECHNIE - (Cruden Bay) Very peacefully, at his home, after an illness borne with such immense courage and dignity, in the tender loving care of his family by his side, on Sunday, 11th October, 2015, Lewis Robert McKechnie, aged 84 years, (retired Fireman, Greenock), dearly loved husband of the late Bunty Walker, a much loved and loving dad of Donald, Jean, Margaret, Lewise, Mark and the late Alexander, a dear father-in-law and such a proud and devoted papa and great papa. Very sadly and sorely missed. Service in Cruden Parish Church, on Friday, 16th October at 1.00 pm, to which all friends are respectfully invited. Funeral thereafter private. No callers please. Family flowers only, but if so desired, donations in lieu of flowers at the church door for chosen charities.
