Santa and his elves took some time out of their packed schedule to spread some festive cheer in Barrhead last weekend.
The National Autistic Society’s East Renfrewshire branch welcomed a festive trio for a special breakfast at Fereneze Golf Club on Sunday (December 10).
Everyone had a terrific time at the event, including East Renfrewshire Provost Mary Montague who came along to join in the celebrations.
She told the Barrhead News: “Thank you for the invitation to this enjoyable Christmas party.
"It was great to share in the excitement and happiness of the children of all ages.
“So good of Santa to visit with presents at this busy time of the year for him and his elves.”
Heather Henderson, the branch’s chairperson added: “What a fantastic day we had at our Breakfast with Santa event.
“We were even joined by Provost Mary Montague.
“A great morning was had by all.”
